In comes relatively inexperienced Yusuke Aoki, who is 24 and has just two caps. This is the second time that the Sanyo hooker has replaced Yamamoto. In June, when Yamamoto was injured, Aoki came onto the bench for the tough match against the Junior All Blacks.
Yamamoto started against the Asian Barbarians but was not in the much-changed squad that lost to Italy in Val d'Aosta.
Aoki has packed his bags and is on his way to join his team-mates who are training in Italy before moving to Lisbon to play Portugal.
