And true to form 2008 winner Johan Greyling starts the new season in a three-way tie at the top of the totem pole. He is joined in first place by newcomers Deon Joubert and Francois Carstens ? all with 12 out of a possible 14 points.

Having imported some 'big names' this year, the rugby365 and iafrica staff look a lot healthier than last year,with Howard Kahn the leading staffer on 11 points, along with Ian Reddy, Shane Kirk and two-time winner John 'King' Granger.
