Santiago Phelan is preparing his Pumas for their November Tests when they play England (14 November), Wales (21 November) and Scotland (28 November).

Phelan has invited a squad of players to meet in Meudon, a Paris suburb, on 25-27 October.

Two prominent players, both flyhalves, are under a cloud - Felipe Contepomi, who has moved from Leinster to Toulon, and Juan Martin Hernandez, who has moved from Paris to the Sharks.

Contepomi has a knee injury, but is amongst the invitees and designated captain, and Hernandez is being kept back by the Sharks though he will be available for the Tests.

The Puma squad: Rodrigo Roncero, Juan Pablo Orlandi, Martin Scelzo, Pablo Henn, Mario Ledesma, Alberto Vernet Basualdo, Alvaro Tejeda, Esteban Lozada, Patricio Albacete, Manuel Carizza, Juan Martin Fernandez Lobbe, Alejandro Abadie, Alejandro Campos, Tomas Leonardi, Nicolas Vergallo, Benjamin Urdapilleta, Felipe Contepomi (captain), Ignacio Mieres, Matias Viazzo, Federico Martin Aramburu, Horacio Agulla, Lucas Borges, Marcelo Bosch, Martin Rodriguez.
