Bulls and Springbok hooker Chiliboy Ralepelle will be out of action for at least two weeks, after scans on Tuesday revealed a small fracture in his foot.
Ralepelle injured his foot during the Bulls' 30-27 win over the Free State Cheetahs at Loftus Versfeld in Pretoria last weekend.
Bulls team doctor, Org Strauss said Ralepelle?s injury will keep him on the sidelines for at least two weeks and after that the situation will again be assessed and he may still be involved should the Bulls progress to the playoffs.
This comes after the confirmation that fellow Boks, lock Bakkies Botha (knee) and scrumhalf Fourie du Preez (upper leg), will not play against Griquas this weekend, however speedster Bryan Habana has rejoined the squad following his honeymoon.
The Bulls are determined to move into third place on the standings, having moved back into the top four with their win over the Cheetahs.
They are just two points behind the third-placed Griquas outfit and a win will take them a step closer to possible home ground advantage in the play-offs. The Bulls face the Leopards in their final league fixture and 10 points from the last two weeks will keep them in touch with the tournament leader - the Sharks and Western Province.
