The Super 14 is also just plain boring, and whether its because of the travel or not, it seems our teams are destined to always be at the bottom of the log anyway. document.write("I wonder what the dominant feeling would be if SA fared better in the Super series and the Tri-nations?<br />No doubt the trips are burdensome, and the viewing hours inconvenient, but surely what matters most when providing exciting, watchable rugby is to have parity of strength and win/loss expectations. I think the Boks need to be playing the best teams in the world - no matter where they're from - how else are we to tell if we're (bad) apples or oranges? If the consensus among the \"manne that be\" is that our Super 14 franchises would be a good match for Heineken-strength teams, so be it. Let the games begin! (I can certainly think of a couple of Aussie commentators' opinions I wouldn't miss if we traveled East less often.). David G");

document.write("I agree, too much already.  Tri-nations once every 3 years, move the end of the year tour forward and once every 2 years.  Add a proper tour from the Northern hemisphere to SA in the year between.  And bring back longer tours between the AB's and Boks every 3 to 4 years.. ADB");

document.write("To Be honest, I have lost interest in both the super 12 ooops, I mean 14, and the Tri Nations, as it has become the same old, same old.<br />If teams were relegated and new teams coming in every year, then maybe that could spark some life into it, or include the Sout American teams to make it a true Southern Hemisphere contest, that may work, but as it is, you can keep your early morning starts, I have better things to do.<br />bring back the old Test Tours where the visiting teams played the provincial sides and there were three to four test's, now that was great..
