media too harsh on divvy
"); document.write("Chris , maybe we are a bit funny as a nation but are we all stupid as well? You know as well as I do that the politicians chose Divvy not for rugby reasons(because he was not the best candidate)and he accepted. All the media have done was quote our Divvy verbatim & he did not say funny things but stupid things. The fact that he is not really the coach is not just a little funny but rather stupid. For SARFU to look on & do nothing about this comic that is divvy that is not just funny but stupid.
No Chris the media have done their job in telling us things we need to know whether funny or stupid. That is their job!

Birds of a feather
"); document.write("I think the slant of bad press is purely there for ratings. Who wants to hear good news?

The view may exist that South Africa is spiralling from previous grand heights into a mess under the present administration (even though the heights were not that great due to only catering for a few people).

Similarly, the views of rugby supporters are that the South squad is invincible, and the fact that they are winning, in this highly competitive sport, \"only\" by narrow margins is proof that the present coaches are messing up the team.

Clearly the squad is made up of super- powerful, fast, amazing athletes, but likewise the competition.

I believe the squad (coaches and players) will perform even better with our support.

Lets give that to them knowing this ride may come to an end, but that we all enjoyed the ride.

Just look at the squad, they stick together through thick and thin. Coach defends players and the players defend the coach.

Bring on the tri-nations. Rashaad"); document.write("
