The Golden Lions Rugby Union will be following a detailed training programme from World Cup winning coach, Jake White ahead of their Currie Cup campaign.

White's company is currently in the process of auditing the structures of the Union and he has put together a detailed six week training plan that will run untill the Lions' first game of the 2009 Currie Cup against the Bulls on July 18.

White also roped in World Cup-winning Springbok conditioning coach, Derek Coetzee, to do a workshop with all the Union?s conditioners and coaches.
