The drunk driving case against Springbok scrumhalf Ricky Januarie was postponed in the Bellville Magistrate's Court on Thursday, reported SABC news.

This would be the last postponement, Magistrate Helma Smit said in setting the trial down for July 23.

Januarie's legal team had not yet received the formal charge sheet and the State had not timeously sent the result of his blood tests to the Director of Public Prosecutions, according to his lawyer Frikkie Erasmus.
