SuperSport United winger Daine Klate feels that he is in some of the best form of his football career.

The 24-year-old has been in excellent form for Matsatsansa this season as he has found the back of the net on a regular basis netting six goals already this season.

It was no surprise then when he was included in the Bafana Bafana squad to face Japan and Jamaica in international friendlies on November 14 in Port Elizabeth and November 17 in Bloemfontein.

The Port Elizabeth-born player is delighted at the call-up and has now set his sights on being part of the 2010 World Cup squad.

"I've been working extremely hard and doing well for SuperSport. It is every players dream to be a part of the World Cup team and that is what I am working towards," he told Football365.co.za.

"Obvioulsly, scoring goals always rises eyebrows and I think that as a player that is playing on the left side of midfield to chip in amongst the goals, not only creating goals, but scoring goals, you know is a good thing. It raises eyebrows and obviously I'm doing something right."

The former Transnet School of Excellence player believes that SuperSport's fine recent run of results in the PSL has allowed him to shine as an individual.

"I think SuperSport as a team is doing extremely well and if the team is doing well, then individuals are going to start shining and I'm delighted that the team is doing well and we are on top of the log.

"It's an indication of how hard we are working and how good our coach is and I would say that I am enjoying my game to the fullest at the moment," he concluded.
