Ajax Cape Town striker Diyo Sibisi believes it is better to be chasing than setting the pace in the PSL at this stage in the season.

The Sahlumbe-born marksman, who scored in the Urban Warriors' last two games, tells Football365.co.za that he is ready to lead the Cape Town to the league title.

"I will keep scoring now. I was tired of all the frustrations of playing regularly, but not scoring the goals. Now I'm back and I will score in every game," he said.

"Scoring in the last two games (against Cosmos and Black Aces) has lifted my spirit in a way and now I don't stress anymore."

The former Free State Stars and Mamelodi Sundowns striker has also vowed to help Ajax win the title.

"It is a good thing that we are number two, because the pressure is on SuperSport United. I think the good thing that can happen to us is for us to remain in second spot and when SuperSport falter along the way, we then take the opportunity and finish it off.

"I think we can win this league. I really believe that and for now the situation favours us because the pressure is not on us," Sibisi concluded.
