Parreira changes it up

World Cup hosts South Africa have made two changes to the team held 0-0 by Japan two days ago for a friendly against non-qualifiers Jamaica in Bloemfontein on Tuesday (kick-off 1830GMT).

Germany-based goalkeeper Rowan Fernandez replaces Moeneeb Josephs, voted man of the match in Port Elizabeth last Saturday, and fullback Lucas Thwala comes in for injured Tsepo Masilela.
