Michael Morton believes the fixture between Wits and his parent club Orlando Pirates couldn't have come at a better time for the 'Clever Boys'.
The defender is currently on loan with the Milpark-based club, who have started the season in style. Wits are four points adrift of the Buccaneers, who are at the top of the table, but are unmatched in the goalscoring stakes as they have already netted 12 times from seven encounters.
Mark Haskins and Calvin Kadi have been lethal in the final third and Morton is hoping the same happens on Saturday.
"I'm really looking forward to the game against Orlando Pirates on Saturday," he told 'Bucs' official website.
"We are currently playing very well and this I believe, is the right time to play a club of Pirates' calibre. There is no doubt that they are one of the best teams in the league currently and they are the team to be beat at the moment, but we have what it takes to stop them.
"Pirates have a couple of exceptional individuals in their team and that's why we are expecting a very tough game on Saturday night. But, we are prepared to match them because everyone in the team is focused to help the club continue with our impressive run in the league."
Morton has no doubts about where his allegiances lie ahead of the clash, but admits he is looking forward to facing some of his team-mates.
"Obviously, it's always a nice feeling to come up against your former team-mates, but I have no hard feelings at all. I am not under pressure to prove anything to Pirates; so I will approach the game with a positive mind set just like any other match and do my job for the club," he added.
"I have one objective for this match and that is to help my team collect maximum points on the night to ensure that we keep the momentum going."
