Free State Stars skipper Duncan Lechesa is in a confident mood ahead of the clash with Platinum Stars on Saturday.

Ea Lla Koto will come up against their former head coach Steve Komphela in the match billed as the 'Battle of the Stars' in Bethlehem.

Lechesa is sure that his side can claim the three points from the encounter as they have been working hard during the international break.

The midfielder told the club's official website: "We have had two weeks to prepare for this game and from the way our training sessions have been going I can assure the football loving nation a fire-cracker game.

"We worked on different tactical approaches and also played a couple of friendly games against National First Division side Carara Kicks where we tried out different tactics and combinations which I must say worked out very well.

"The technical team has been hard at work getting the entire team in shape and I can say we're going to shock Platinum Stars because all we're going out for is a win."

Ea Lla Koto and The Tycoons currently find themselves in the bottom half of the table and will view this clash as a must win if they hope to reach their goals this season.
