The 'Urban Warriors' coach says his 'chickens' (youngsters) have already exceeded expectations this season by reaching two finals and also finished the season in fourth spot in the league.
"I have told them to go out and enjoy the final against Sundowns and I won't put them under any undue pressure. They are all determined to do well against Sundowns and believe that they are capable of causing an upset," Ertugral told The Citizen.
He added: "It is a joy to work with these youngsters because they always want to improve and I won't be surprised if they can cause an upset against Sundowns.
"Sundowns are rightly regarded as favourites for this match because of all they have achieved but I have all the confidence in my youngsters that they will give a good account of themselves."
Sundowns coach Gordon Igesund was equally proud of what his charges had achieved this season and he believes that winning the Absa Cup would be the cherry on top.
"My boys have showed professionalism and a desire to succeed and I have no doubt that they will be up for the cup final despite a long and exhausting season.
"Ajax are a very good side and they have proved to be very tough to beat this season, and the fans are in for an exciting match between two sides who play entertaining football," said Igesund.
Meanwhile, newly-crowned Castle Premiership Player of the Year Godfrey Sapula said he was looking forward to a great final.
"It will be my first cup final as a Sundowns player and I am determined to go away with a gold medal after the match. Ajax are a very well-drilled side, but we will be up for the challenge tomorrow evening," he added.
