Mpumalanga Black Aces coach Sammy Troughton is happy with the level of commitment demonstrated by the players as they prepare for the club's first Absa Premiership campaign.
"After our good performance in the playoffs we had to take a short break and it’s good to be back at work," Troughton told the official Aces website.
He added: "The new and current players are looking good, but there is still much to be done and I am quite impressed with the effort that they are putting in so far.
"All the players are in good shape and I am very happy with their current shape."
Meanwhile, a number of players are training with the club with the hope of securing a stay at 'Amazayoni'.
Godfrey Serenkuma, Thomrick October, Sifiso Sithole, Nathaniel November, Martin Carelse, Steven Goagab (Namibian International) and Zimbabwean goalkeeper Edmore Sibanda are amongst the players that are trying their luck with Aces.
