Premier Soccer League general manager Ace Ncobo failed a second polygraph test on Thursday.
The suspended PSL boss is under investigation for allegedly instructing referees to gather damaging evidence against PSL side Orlando Pirates.
Ncobo, was hoping that the polygraph test would clear his name after suspended PSL referee Jonas Nhlapho made match fixing allegations against him.
Ncobo feels that he felt Nhlapo had set out to tarnish his name after he was let down by the PSL after he came forward with information regarding corruption.
"That boy has been let down," said Ncobo.
Ncobo failed the test after he answered "NO" to a question he insisted should be in the test.
The question of whether he had asked Nhlapho if he was taking bribes from the 'Buccaneers'.
"But I take solace from the fact that I insisted the question be included. My conscience is clear and I will hold my head up high.
"They must now do as they see fit," he said after the test.
