Former Orlando Pirates and Bafana Bafana defender Mark Fish has been confirmed as the new head coach of relegated Thanda Royal Zulu. Fish will start his new job on Monday.
TRZ technical committee Chairman Lawrence 'Big Bear' Ngubane said that Thanda Royal Zulu signed a one year contract with Fish, with a option of a two year
renewal.
Ngubane said that he had talked to Kaizer Chiefs, Orlando
Pirates and other club about the possibly of players being released
to TRZ on loan.
"We finish all with Fish, we want him to help us to get back to
ABSA PSL.
I know him he is a good person I have worked with him in CAF
Championship in 1995," said Ngubane.
Fish, who played for Jomo Cosmos, Lazio, Bolton Wanderers,
Charlton Athletic and Ipswich, studied coaching in the UK.
